All you can to is sit and wait for it to go away.

Feeling terrible, not wanting to even move your hand, I could basically sit and cry the whole day. I wanted to do many things today but I feel so depressed that I can’t.

I need wine... and then I can continue crying and just start to live again tomorrow.
